On November 7, the strategic cooperation agreement renewal ceremony of Sinotruk and Continental Automotive was held at Sinotruk Technology Mansion.

Cai Dong, President of Sinotruk, and Dr. Micheal J Ruf, International President of Continental Corporation Commercial Vehicles, signed the agreement. Attendees in the ceremony included Zhu Ziquan, Director of Sinotruk Purchasing and Supply Management Office, Yu Tianming, Director of Technology Center, Yu Ruiqun, General Manager of Jinan Truck Corporation, Yan Wenjun, Chairman of Jinan Commercial Vehicle Corporation, Liu Chao, China President of Continental Corporation Commercial Vehicles, Liu Tie, General Manager of Continental Corporation Jinan Factory, and Zhao Xuan, China Key Account Director of Continental Corporation Commercial Vehicles.

On November 4, 2008, Continental Corporation and Sinotruk formally signed the strategic cooperation agreement in Jinan. Continental Corporation has been a key supplier of combination instrument and central controller of Sinotruk in the following 8 years. Both companies have a good cooperation and have continuously expanded the cooperative space and areas. Continental Corporation has a more stable influence on the Chinese market with the help of cooperation, and has gradually extended the share in Chinese market, whereby Sinotruk will further promote the internationalization strategy and continuously improve the market competitiveness of the products.
