Sinotruk launched intelligent connected truck on September 19th.

The intelligent driving technology of Sinotruk is mainly composed of automotive driving auxiliary system, which includes Collision Warning System(CWS), Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Electronic Stability Control (ESC) , Hill Start Assist(HSA), Intelligent High-beam System (IHS), Intelligent Windshield Wiper System (IWS), Blind Spot Detection (BSD), Steering-by-Wire System(Servowin) and etc.

The biggest highlight of Sinotruk intelligent truck lies in the progress of driving intelligence technology. In 2010, Sinotruk carried out an investigation about intelligent heavy duty truck program. In 2011, the intelligent truck program was formally approved. Sinotruk’s truck intellectualization mailnly comprises driving intellectualization, vehicle running intellectualization and customized intellectualization.

So far, Sinotruk has successfully developed electronic engine start-stop-by-wire system, electronic accelerator-by-wire system, electronic smart shift control system, electronic service brake-by-wire system, electronic parking brake-by-wire system (through service brake) and electronic steering-by-wire system.
